The laboratory provides manpower, machinery and tools for the development and processing of products utilizing soybean, special purpose rice, vegetables and other commodities. It conducts physical, chemical and microbial tests to ensure product quality. It also develops product packaging and determines shelf life and nutrient content of finished products.
